Job Summary As a Kitchen Staff / Production Team Member, you will support food preparation, cooking, and packaging by following recipes and production standards. You will maintain kitchen cleanliness, ensure food quality, and collaborate with the team to meet production goals efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations to support a safe and efficient work environment Ensure food presentation and portioning meet company standards for customer satisfaction Follow food safety guidelines including proper handling, storage, and sanitation to comply with health regulations Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain workflow Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure ingredient availability Apply knowledge of grill cooking techniques to contribute to meal preparation Contribute to overall kitchen productivity by supporting various tasks as needed Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Strong attention to detail in following recipes and maintaining food quality Effective communication skills to work well within a team Basic knowledge of food safety regulations Passion for food and eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field Other Information Location: Khao Production Kitchen, 5 Kaki Bukit Crescent Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Benefits include competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, employee meal discounts, on-the-job training, and a positive, inclusive work environment How to Apply: Send your resume and cover letter to sharmaabhinav338@gmail.com
