About this role

About Us We are a multi-jurisdictional professional services firm offering corporate secretarial, trust structuring, tax advisory, fund services, and offshore entity formation across key financial centres. With offices in Singapore, China mainland, China Hong Kong and Japan, we serve high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients navigating complex cross-border structures. As part of our growth, we are building a dedicated private client advisory capability to help our existing high-net-worth clients address deeper, higher-value needs — from family office and trust structuring to cross-border planning. We are looking for a finance or tax professional who wants to grow into this space, and we will invest in training you to get there. The Opportunity This is a growth role designed for an ambitious finance or tax professional, not a finished specialist. You bring a solid accounting and tax foundation; we provide structured training, senior mentorship, and exposure to live high-net-worth client cases across family office, trust, and cross-border structuring. Over time, you will take greater ownership — scoping engagements, developing project proposals, and driving projects through to completion. If you are genuinely keen to build deep expertise in private wealth structuring and are a fast learner, we want to develop that with you. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Project Delivery Work with senior advisors to identify deeper needs of existing high-net-worth clients and uncover higher-value advisory opportunities Develop project proposals — including scope, structure options, and fee proposals — for family office, trust, and cross-border engagements Track and drive projects end-to-end, coordinating internal teams (tax, compliance, corporate secretarial, fund administration) and external parties (banks, trustees, legal counsel, overseas agents) to keep delivery on schedule Prepare client-facing materials and structural recommendations under the guidance of senior advisors Family Office & Trust Structuring Support the setup, ongoing administration, and structural review of family office and trust structures across BVI, Cayman, Singapore, and Hong Kong Build and maintain a working knowledge of family office and trust regimes and governance documentation across key jurisdictions Flag changes in client circumstances and structural or regulatory issues to the appropriate team for review Cross-Border Structuring, Tax & Compliance Support the design of cross-border structures with attention to tax planning, structural and regulatory compliance, and information / data protection Apply your finance and tax foundation within engagements — reviewing financial statements, supporting full set of accounts for managed structures, and supporting tax planning and filings across relevant jurisdictions Monitor CRS, FATCA, and KYC/AML implications for managed structures and support timely, accurate compliance Learning & Knowledge Building Actively build expertise in family office, trust, and cross-border tax through structured training, mentorship, and real case work Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments across Singapore and offshore jurisdictions Contribute to internal knowledge resources and support training materials for the business development team Requirements Essential Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field Professional qualification (completed or in progress): CPA / ACCA / ATP (Accredited Tax Professional) / ICSA or equivalent A solid finance and tax foundation, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and/or tax — typically 3+ years in accounting, tax, audit, corporate services, or private banking operations Strong learning ability and intellectual curiosity — genuinely motivated to build deep expertise in family office, trust, and cross-border structuring Self-driven and organised — able to own tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and follow through independently A clear communicator who can liaise confidently with internal teams and external parties; comfortable growing into a client-facing role Good to Have (we will train you on these) Exposure to family office, trust, or corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, Singapore, Hong Kong) Familiarity with CRS, FATCA, and KYC/AML requirements Experience producing proposals or managing professional services projects What We Offer Structured training and direct ment…
