Marketing Manager

Company location: 865 Mountbatten Road, #5-08, Katong Shopping Centre, Singapore 437844 Job Description The trainee will support Lumera’s marketing, branding and e-commerce activities under the guidance of the Business Development Director. Key responsibilities include: • Assist with product descriptions, social media captions, FAQs and customer education content. • Support website, marketplace and social media content updates. • Help prepare launch and post-launch marketing materials. • Maintain consistent brand messaging across online platforms. • Conduct basic competitor and market research. • Review customer feedback and online engagement. • Coordinate with designers, service providers and internal stakeholders where required. • Prepare simple marketing summaries and improvement suggestions. Job Requirements • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 40 and above. • No direct marketing experience required. • Candidates with experience in administration, sales, customer service, retail or operations are welcome. • Able to communicate clearly in English. • Comfortable using basic computer applications and online platforms. • Willing to learn about digital marketing, branding and e-commerce. • Organised, responsible and open to guidance.
