In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process , including job advertising, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and selecting top candidates . You will also play a key role in candidate engagement , leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) and coordinating recruitment events to attract top talent. 🔹 Job Description: Create and publish job postings across multiple job portals Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential hires throughout the recruitment process Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram for recruitment and engagement Plan and execute recruitment events 🔹 Requirements: ✅ No prior experience needed —training will be provided! ✅ Minimum qualification: Local Diploma or higher ✅ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Working Hours & Benefits: ⏳ Flexible working hours (e.g., 10-20 hours per week). 📈 Opportunity to work with a dynamic marketing team. 💰 Competitive hourly pay or project-based payment.
