- •Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- •Develop and maintain complex financial models for business planning
- •Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management
- •Prepare presentations for executive leadership and board of directors
- •Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and due diligence
- •Manage and mentor the FP&A team
Required
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- •+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- •Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- •Proven leadership and communication skills
Nice to have
- •Master's degree or MBA
- •Experience in a high-growth technology or manufacturing company
- •Familiarity with venture-backed startup environments
- •Experience with M&A financial analysis
