Responsibilities
- •Support the full product lifecycle of optical transceivers from NPI to mass production
- •Analyze product performance data to identify and resolve yield and reliability issues
- •Collaborate with design and test teams to optimize product specifications and test plans
- •Drive cost reduction initiatives through design and process improvements
- •Manage product qualifications and change control processes
- •Provide technical support to manufacturing and customer teams
Required
- •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or Physics
- •+ years experience in product engineering for optical transceivers
- •Strong understanding of optical transceiver architectures and specifications
- •Experience with optical and electrical test methodologies for transceivers
- •Ability to analyze complex data and troubleshoot product issues
- •Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles and NPI processes
Nice to have
- •Experience with high-speed optical interconnects (e.g., 400G, 800G)
- •Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEEE, MSA)
- •Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis
- •Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
