Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to curate bespoke treatment programs. Provide expert beauty and wellness advice, ensuring clients feel confident and well cared for. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up. Support the brand’s growth through consultative sales, introducing suitable treatment plans, packages, and premium products. Consistently uphold the Luminashape service standard, creating an elegant and welcoming environment that reflects our brand values. Strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and contribute to a harmonious, professional team culture. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales or client advisory roles is highly valued. Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele. Possess a polished, well-groomed appearance and a genuine passion for beauty and wellness. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the confidence to recommend premium services. Background or certification in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness is an advantage (training provided). Positive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellence in every client interaction. Singaporean and PR candidates preferred.
