BEAUTY CENTRE MANAGER (Lush And GL $3500- $5500) Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty centre to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies and products. Ensure the centre complies with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations. 2. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and motivate a team of beauty professionals including therapists, technicians, and receptionists. Schedule staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and optimize productivity. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. 3. Customer Service Excellence Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain strong client relationships and support customer retention initiatives. 4. Sales & Business Development Drive centre sales performance through effective promotions and upselling strategies. Monitor daily sales and prepare monthly performance reports. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities to increase footfall. 5. Financial Management Manage budgets, expenses, and profit margins. Monitor cash flow, sales targets, and KPIs. Implement cost-effective practices without compromising quality. Requirements Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Sales-driven with a good understanding of beauty and wellness products/services. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Knowledge of salon management software is a plus.
