Job Summary The Director of People & Culture leads policy development and strategic HR initiatives to support hotel operations, fosters a performance-driven culture, manages talent and remuneration, ensures legal compliance, and represents the hotel at industry events. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with hotel operational needs Advise management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, learning and development, budgets, and forecasts to optimize workforce effectiveness Lead initiatives to cultivate a culture that supports the hotel’s strategic goals and enhances employee engagement Manage performance management processes and conduct talent assessments to identify development opportunities Oversee remuneration planning by conducting market surveys and evaluations to maintain competitive compensation Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable human resources laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks Conduct workplace investigations, maintain accurate HR records, and represent the organization at industry events and meetings
