Regional Operations Manager (Express/Courier)

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Reports to: Director of Operations Location : Singapore Employment Type : Full-time / Permanent Reports to : Director of Operations Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead our courier and parcel delivery network across the region. The incumbent will drive operational efficiency, ensure strict adherence to service SLAs, manage P&L, and develop a high-performing team of depot managers. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Service Delivery Oversee daily sorting, line-haul, and last-mile delivery operations across multiple depots. Ensure Delivery rates meet or exceed corporate targets. Optimize routing and fleet utilisation to reduce fuel costs and carbon footprint. 2. Team Leadership & Safety Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Depot Managers and Supervisors. Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety protocols. Conduct regular performance appraisals and identify talent for succession planning. 3. Financial Accountability Manage the regional P&L, including labour, transportation, and maintenance budgets. Identify cost-reduction opportunities through process improvement and vendor negotiations. Prepare monthly operational performance reports for senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Courier, Express & Parcel (CEP) industry, with at least 3 years in a multi-site management capacity. Proven experience managing large teams (50+ employees) in a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
