Job Description & Requirements · · Developand execute business development strategies aligned with the company'slong-term growth objectives · Identifyand evaluate new business opportunities in semiconductor fabrication plants,cleanroom construction, advanced manufacturing facilities, and industrialengineering projects · Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emergingindustry trends and opportunities · Formulateannual business development plans, revenue targets, and expansion strategies · Build andmaintain relationships with key clients, investors, industry partners,government agencies, consultants, and contractors · Representthe company at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, business forums, andnetworking events · Leadcommercial discussions and negotiations with prospective customers andstrategic partners · Strengthenrelationships with multinational corporations and major semiconductormanufacturers operating in Singapore and the region · Identifyopportunities for expansion into new geographical markets and industry sectors · Developstrategic alliances and partnerships with regional stakeholders · Supportcross-border business development initiatives between Singapore and overseasmarkets · Coordinatewith headquarters and regional offices on market penetration strategies · Leadproject pursuit activities including opportunity identification, proposalstrategy, tender participation, and contract negotiations Work closely with engineering, commercial, procurement, and projectteams to develop competitive solutions for clients · Evaluatecommercial viability, financial risks, and profitability of new businessopportunities · Monitorproject pipeline and ensure sustainable revenue growth · Providestrategic recommendations to the Chairman and Executive Management on businessgrowth initiatives · Lead andmentor business development personnel and support talent developmentinitiatives · Establishperformance metrics and monitor achievement of departmental objectives · Contributeto corporate planning, investment evaluation, and long-term business strategies · Any othersduties as assigned.
