We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead, Enterprise Business, to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic customer acquisition across targeted industry verticals. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and build strong executive-level relationships to accelerate business growth and strengthen M1's market position. Responsibilities Formulate strategies and action plans to acquire enterprise customers in Enterprise Commercial sectors to drive M1 growth areas, i.e. increase new sales and partnership engagements. Identify opportunities and develop long-range goals and objectives for enterprise market penetration in the relevant industries. Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue. Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organisations and premier buyers in the industry. Lead new business presentations and proposals; to drive and work with product and solutions teams, presales teams and project delivery teams to foster cross collaboration. Lead sales planning and acquisition plans for specific opportunities. Lead, mentor and manage a dedicated team, ensuring individual and collective sales targets are met. Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities. Monitor sales pipelines on a regular basis and prepare sales reports for senior management. Participate in forums and networking events to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices. Support the Director of Sales to lead, shape and capture the market share in areas of M1’s industry vertical and solution focus. Requirements Minimum 8 years of enterprise sales experience within the Telecommunications, Connectivity, or Technology sectors, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role. Recognised degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science. Proven track record in sales leadership, with a deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and emerging trends. Proven track record of leading and managing team. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Able to cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. Customer-oriented personality and strong work ethic, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable; persuasive and diplomatic. Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to formulate, write and succinctly communicate our value, strategy, and proposed solution on client opportunities.
