Job Summary Lead the centre’s operations to deliver professional beauty and wellness services, drive team performance, manage resources, and enhance customer satisfaction in a premium spa environment. Responsibilities Lead centre operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery aligned with company standards Develop and implement work plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor team achievement of operational, service, and sales targets Analyze customer needs and market trends to set service goals and performance standards that maintain competitiveness and satisfaction Monitor customer acquisition, retention, and feedback to improve service quality and strengthen client relationships Implement and maintain fair reward, incentive, and disciplinary systems to build a motivated and high-performing team Provide leadership, training, and guidance to consultants, therapists, and staff to enhance their technical, sales, and customer service skills Manage inventory, daily cash flow, and operational reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all centre facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment Handle customer issues and complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions that uphold the company’s reputation Collaborate with management on marketing activities, promotions, and sales initiatives to achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with headquarters or management as required Required competencies and certifications Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers and staff At least 2 years of store/centre management experience with solid professional knowledge Preferred competencies and qualifications Proven experience in managing beauty/wellness operations Prior beauty salon/spa management experience Strong professional ethics, with experience in promotions and staff training Team-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and stress-management skills Other Information The role involves supervising and working closely with female therapists in a female-focused spa environment to ensure client comfort and cultural sensitivity. Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
