We offer private and small group classes in a positive, supportive environment. Job Summary Join our team as a Pilates Instructor to design and deliver safe, effective, and tailored Pilates programs, including post-rehabilitation exercises, helping clients achieve their movement goals with confidence. Responsibilities Design and implement customized Pilates exercises tailored to clients’ needs and goals for private and group classes Create Effective Pilates exercises based on client performance and rehabilitation status Modify Pilates exercises to accommodate client limitations and enhance safety and effectiveness Deliver engaging and effective Pilates instruction for both private sessions and group classes Preferred competencies and qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor with proficiency in mat and reformer Pilates, and training in Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels apparatus Experience teaching both private and group Pilates classes Additional certifications or workshop experience in TRX/Sling Suspension, Yoga, Pre/post Natal Pilates, Post Rehabilitation, Therapy, or Massage Other Information Benefits: Attractive compensation and benefits including family and friends discounts Flexible working hours Accessible work location Opportunities for professional development through workshops
