Check us out at www.mag.sg and www.vmwgroup.com.sg Job Summary The Growth & Partnership Manager will build and nurture client relationships, identify and secure new business opportunities, and lead marketing projects that drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities Build, manage, and expand client relationships and strategic partnerships to drive business growth Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with company goals Develop tailored marketing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to meet client needs Lead client engagements from briefing through execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful delivery Analyze clients’ business goals to recommend strategic marketing solutions that deliver measurable results Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Digital teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns Manage project timelines, scope, and quality to ensure on-time delivery and maintain high standards Support management in growing existing accounts and expanding into new markets through strategic initiatives Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant Diploma or Degree from a recognised tertiary institution Minimum 3 years’ experience in client servicing, marketing, account management, project management, or business development within an agency or related environment Demonstrated marketing fundamentals through strategic thinking and commercial acumen Apply creative problem-solving skills to marketing challenges Deliver excellent presentations to diverse audiences Communicate effectively and build trusted client relationships through strong interpersonal skills Understand branding, integrated marketing, digital, and social media marketing principles Experience in annual reports, sustainability reporting, or corporate communications is advantageous Experience servicing clients in property, finance, hospitality, FMCG, government, or B2B sectors is advantageous Manage multiple projects under pressure using strong project management and organizational skills Exhibit a meticulous, resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented work approach Collaborate effectively as a team player with humility, honesty, and a strong work ethic Interested applicants are invited to write in with a detailed resume stating your current and expected salary to mag@mag.sg
