Job Summary Join Magic Minds Education Hub as a Full-Time Enrichment Teacher (Math) to inspire students, collaborate with parents, and contribute to curriculum and center growth in a dynamic, student-centered learning environment. Responsibilities MUST BE ABLE TO TEACH PRIMARY & SECONDARY MATH & COMMIT TO THE SCHEDULE Deliver energetic, interactive, inquiry-based lessons tailored to Preschool, Primary, and Secondary students to promote academic excellence and curiosity Accurately mark and grade student assignments promptly to monitor progress and provide timely feedback Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full academic potential through engaging teaching methods Maintain open, clear communication with students and parents to provide constructive feedback on learning milestones Participate in center branding activities, including creating YouTube content and writing articles to enhance the center’s visibility Support company growth by assisting in webinars, trial classes, and educational talks to attract and retain students Review and prepare lesson content and worksheets thoroughly before classes to ensure quality delivery Coordinate with the Resourcing team to manage regular and ad-hoc relief teaching assignments efficiently Engage in curriculum enhancement initiatives and attend workshops or seminars to continuously improve teaching skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, or equivalent) Familiarity with the Singapore MOE curriculum and understanding of question trends for PSLE, O-Level, N-Level, and Math Olympiads (e.g., NMOS, SMO, APMOPS) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for lesson preparation and communication Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills demonstrated through effective collaboration with students and parents Positive, keen-to-learn attitude to adapt and grow within the educational environment Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed; 1+ years teaching experience in schools or tuition centers preferred Other Information Salary & Compensation Gross Salary: S$1,100 – S$1,500 per month Full Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions for Singaporeans/PRs Comprehensive training and performance-based salary reviews Work Hours & Location Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (3 or 4 days per week) Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (either both or one weekend) Must arrive 15 minutes before class for lesson preparation Location: Toa Payoh (TPY) Central Application Instructions Submit CV/Resume in PDF format via email to sgmagicminds@gmail.com or WhatsApp +6591221581 Include current/last drawn salary, reasons for leaving previous employment(s), and earliest availability date
