Digital Marketer – Job Description & Requirements for instagram.com⁠ Job Summary We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to grow the online presence of instagram.com⁠ across social media platforms. The role focuses on content creation, TikTok marketing, customer engagement, live-stream campaigns, and driving sales through digital channels. Responsibilities Manage daily social media content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement Plan and produce engaging bakery-related content including croissants, behind-the-scenes videos, viral pastries, product launches, and staff/customer moments Coordinate and execute TikTok LIVE promotions by collaborating with streamers and influencers to boost audience reach and sales Shoot and edit short-form videos and photos using video editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Express to create compelling visual content Develop and implement marketing campaigns for seasonal promotions, bundle deals, catering services, and new menu launches to drive customer interest and sales Monitor social media trends and propose viral content ideas to maintain relevance and audience growth Respond professionally to customer comments, messages, and reviews to enhance customer engagement and brand reputation Collaborate with the operations team to promote daily specials and communicate stock availability effectively Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion/sales to optimize marketing strategies Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms, depending on experience, to increase campaign effectiveness Design and execute customer loyalty and repeat customer campaigns to foster long-term customer relationships Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook marketing Basic photography and videography skills Creative mindset with strong trend awareness Good communication and writing skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
