OCEAN IMPORT Operations Executive ROLES An Junior Ocean Operations coordinate with cargo ships, and track deliveries.manages the end-to-end inbound supply chain, ensuring timely customs clearance, documentation accuracy, and delivery of goods. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares invoices. Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and shipment closure Liaise and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery date and pick-ups Monitor and follow-up with suppliers/customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipping document submission Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports Job Requirements: - Minimum O Level qualification and above - 1 year experience in freight operations processes - CargoWise Knowledge is an added advantage
