R&D Electrical Engineer

Job Description The R&D Electrical Engineer will play a key role in the development of cutting-edge machine tool products and technologies for CNC Milling, including peripheral equipment and automation. Key Responsibilities Proactively develop and validate new, unique electrical engineering designs. Contribute to enhancing the electrical design of various products. Assist in electrical designs under the guidance of R&D Senior Engineers. Study electrical customization requirements and propose effective solutions. Prepare accurate engineering documents such as electrical/circuit drawings, Bill of Material, Engineering Change Order, and engineering reports. Work towards achieving R&D development goals that align with business needs. Provide engineering support and innovative solutions to relevant departments (manufacturing, customer service, sales, application, etc). Contribute actively to improving technical core competency through continuous learning and creative problem-solving. Requirements Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering. Solid knowledge of electrical design principles. Familiarity with software tools such as EPLAN, Solidworks, E3, and AutoCAD. Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant industrial experience in electrical circuit design and control circuit design. Basic understanding of PLC programming. Attention to detail and time consciousness in your work. Strong team player, quick learner, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
