We are looking for competent and dedicated Paralegals to join our Family & Divorce team, with a focus on our China Desk. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings for cross-border family matters involving Singapore and China. Act as a liaison between all parties, including Singapore/China clients, courts, and other stakeholders, for scheduling and information sharing. Organize and manage documents, including creating spreadsheets and retrieval systems for multi-jurisdictional files. Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents, including PRC documents, and respond to discovery requests. Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness binders, and appendices for depositions and court filings. Summarized deposition and trial transcripts and exhibits in both English and Chinese. Conduct factual and legal research using in-house files, Singapore statutes, PRC laws, and external reference sources. Compile information and prepare statistics, charts, and other summaries for cross-border asset division and estate matters. Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for lawyers in English and Chinese. Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
