Senior Executive (Events/Operations), Indoor Attractions & Experiences

This role involves developing and maintaining operational standards through SOPs and RAs, leading team recruitment, training, and daily shift management to ensure smooth attraction operations and excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities also include managing manpower, performance reviews, and assisting with project execution and data analysis. Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably including leadership and project management skills, with attraction experience being a plus. Essential attributes include excellent communication in English, a service-driven disposition, resourcefulness, and the ability to work rotating shifts.
