Project Coordinator

Responsibilities including but not limited to: Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings. Ensuring project deadlines are met. Determining and assisting in project changes. Providing administrative support when required. Undertaking project tasks as required. Assist in the development of project strategies alongside the management. Ensuring projects adhere to necessary frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project as required. Assessment of project risks and issues and providing solutions wherever applicable. Ensure stakeholder views are managed and aligned towards the best solution. Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members. Adhere to project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
