Finance & Admin Executive

We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatize our business Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment Responsibilities: Accounting, General Admin Functions Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns Process payments to suppliers Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments HR Functions
