Supply Chain Assistant (Entry Level, North)

Job Responsibilities Coordinate customer projects and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Support RFQ, quotation preparation and project documentation. Liaise with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor project progress, customer requirements and inventory status. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes and other customer-related activities. Build and maintain good relationships with customers through effective communication and coordination. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and coordination abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
