About this role

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY: ● Liaise and coordinate with customers and dealers on sales orders, queries and feedback ● Attending to phone calls and email enquiries ● To handle customers’ and dealers’ parts enquiries ● To manage customers’ and dealers’ parts ordering process ● Support all sales activities: from preparation, documentation, shipment to invoices and filing ● Liaise with warehouse for packing instruction and shipment collection from forwarder ● Stock planning and purchase ● Any other job duties as assigned by supervisor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Prepare and process quotation, sales orders, invoices and shipment documentation for customers and dealers ● To attend to customers and dealers enquiries on pricing, delivery, lead time and others ● To arrange the delivery and shipment of parts orders and update customer of progress ● Check data accuracy in orders and invoices ● Maintain and update sales and customer records ● To follow up on customers’ outstanding orders ● To place and follow up of purchase orders with Factory and suppliers ● To receive the parts into the system ● Providing and assist the sales team in sales issues ● To provide other support to the parts team when necessary EDUCATION: ● Minimum ITE or Diploma preferred EXPERIENCE: ● Minimum 2 years of job experience as sales coordinator / administration in supply chain ● Experiences in dealing with overseas dealers or customers ● Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking business associates ● Good interpersonal and communication skills ● Fresh Grads are welcome
