Server (Korean Restaurant)

Position: Korean Restaurant (Server) Job Scope: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials. Answer customer questions and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant's ordering system. Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Check on guests during their meal and respond promptly to additional requests. Clear used dishes and prepare tables for the next guests. Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when appropriate. Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
