Upon successful completion of the 12-month structured training programme, you will progress into a qualified Aircraft Engine Technician role with the company. Responsibilities Participate in a structured programme comprising company familiarisation, classroom training, and hands-on on-the-job training (OJT). Gain exposure to the working environment and operational processes prior to technical training. Attend a three-month classroom programme that includes both theoretical and practical modules conducted by an external training academy. Complete a nine-month OJT attachment to learn and work on Rolls-Royce Trent engines under the guidance of experienced mentors. Upon completion of the traineeship, serve a two-year bond with the company as a qualified Aircraft Engine Technician. Requirements NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (eg. Aeronautical/ Avionics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Manufacturing/ Electrical/ Precision Engineering) Comfortable working rotating shifts No prior work experience required - candidates without work experience are encouraged to apply Why Join This Programme?
