Logistics Executive (Tsd)

Job description Responsible for handling exports / shipping operations to global markets. Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers. Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department. Verify service provider bills. Strive to meet monthly KPI targets. Support Manager/Team Leader in powerpoint preparation. Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system). Job Requirements Diploma in Logistics or related discipline Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry. Computer literacy in Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage. Experience in managing a team preferred but not necessary.
