Avaloq Business Analyst | Contract

We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops, and managing stakeholders across both business and IT teams. You will support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agile delivery models, while analysing process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations. Responsibilities Gather and document requirements Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT Support solution design and testing within Agile models Analyse process gaps in regional/multi-location implementations Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent 5–8 years as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services Must have Banking/Wealth Management experience and Avaloq functional/technical expertise Good domain expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments, or Digital Banking Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments Good stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities Excellent verbal and written communication Capability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments Thankyou for your interest!
