We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Middle Office Trade Support Analyst to support post-trade operations across Fixed Income, Equities, and Foreign Exchange (FX) products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end trade lifecycle, ensuring timely trade confirmation and settlement, resolving trade exceptions, and maintaining operational excellence across investment operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Equities, and/or FX products. Perform trade confirmation and settlement activities accurately and within established deadlines. Monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies arising throughout the trade lifecycle. Investigate and escalate trade-related issues to the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution. Liaise with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology, and external counterparties where required. Maintain high standards of accuracy, control, and client service in all processing activities. Produce and maintain operational reports where needed. Participate in process improvement initiatives, including opportunities for automation and workflow optimization. Use Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and issue tracking. Support testing, implementation, or adoption of new processes, system enhancements, or control measures Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, Trade Operations, Investment Operations, Securities Operations, or Settlements within a financial institution. Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle across one or more asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, and Foreign Exchange (FX). Experience in trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management. Familiarity with market infrastructure, trade matching and confirmation platforms (e.g., SWIFT, Omgeo CTM, Bloomberg, MarkitWire) and settlement processes is good to have. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and external counterparties. Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, automation projects, or system enhancements is good to have.
