Warehouse Supervisor | Inventory/ Electronics Manufacturing | Tampines Location : Tampines Salary : $4200 depending on experience Industry : IT & Data Center Infrastructure Our client is a global technology company that designs and delivers customized server , storage , networking , and AI infrastructure solutions for hyperscale data centers and cloud service providers Job Purpose Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping activities. Leads warehouse personnel, ensures inventory accuracy, maintains safety and quality standards, and supports manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and issued according to established procedures. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals. Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower to meet business requirements. Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock audits. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow. Requirements Minimum 4 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Experience in manufacturing, electronics, EMS, or high-volume production environments Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
