Customer Success Engineer (PIC, Critical Facilities) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Work Area: Singapore (North-East / East Region) About the Role We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Engineer to serve as the key liaison between customers and internal operational teams within a critical infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing customer relationships, coordinating issue resolution, and providing clear communication between all stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strong customer management skills with a solid technical understanding of building services and critical facility operations. A significant portion of the role involves direct customer engagement, requiring excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive service experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate and manage customer requests, incidents, service issues, and escalations through to resolution. Facilitate communication between customers, operations teams, engineering teams, and service providers. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in a customer-facing service delivery, technical operations, or critical facilities environment. Experience managing customer relationships, service performance, and issue resolution. Exposure to SLA-driven environments and incident management processes. Experience within mission-critical operations or infrastructure environments is advantageous.
