Additionally, the role covers end-to-end offboarding, supports HR projects and initiatives, and administers employee benefits. It also contributes to recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management, while providing administrative support to HR Business Partners through manpower tracking and regulatory screening exercises. Position Responsibilities: Administer end-to-end staff confirmation and probation extension processes, including appraisal coordination, letter preparation, stakeholder communication, and record filing. Handle employee queries on HR policies and prepare certification letters for official purposes (e.g., bank, visa, PR applications). Manage actuarial increment processes, including data verification, letter preparation, payroll updates, and documentation. Oversee government-paid leave administration quarterly, including data compilation, claim submission, necessary tracking, and liaison with authorities and finance. Support compliance reporting (e.g., MOM labour market surveys) and conduct employee screening exercises. Manage offboarding processes and maintain proper documentation; support HR projects and SOP updates.
