This role is responsible for the Accounting function in Singapore, assisting with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, audit schedules, and bank reconciliations. The executive will also help prepare financial results, management reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Candidates must have a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA, with a minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate. Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SFRS(I), and strong analytical and communication skills are required.
