Executive, Finance (12 Month Contract) (Based in Singapore)

This position is responsible for the Accounting function based in Singapore, assisting with monthly financial closing, preparing journals, audit schedules, and bank reconciliations. Key duties also include preparing financial results/management reports and assisting with analysis, forecasting, and budgeting exercises. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA equivalent, with a minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in SFRS(I) and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required, while experience with systems like SAP or Power BI is advantageous.
