About this role

Design and deliver high-impact learning and organizational development strategies to accelerate leadership capability and strengthen culture across the APAC region. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and implement targeted training solutions using AI and new technologies. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 10 years of experience as a training professional, including 3 years in an engineering environment. Must demonstrate expertise in translating business objectives into OD solutions and have a strong instructional background.
