The Staff Product Engineer will debug and characterize new product performance for digital and analog circuits while optimizing production test screen specifications. They will lead efforts in test flow optimization, yield improvement, and new product qualification before volume production.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of semiconductor product engineering experience with a strong background in ATE testing and DFT/DFM. Proficiency with Agilent 83K or 93K testers and experience in high-speed digital testing are required.
