Fumigation Technician

Key Responsibilities: - Carry out fumigation treatments in full compliance with stipulated standards and within the required timeframe. - Provide professional customer service and advice to clients.- Maintain accurate and complete records of fumigation, treatment reports, and compliance documentation - Respond clearly and professionally to client queries regarding pest-related issues- Maintain company assets and equipment in good working condition to support service delivery- Work with physical stamina to endure standing for long periods and operate in challenging environments- Supervise and guide the fumigation team, including conducting on-the-job training and reinforcing safety practices. Requirements: - GCE O Level and above - minimum 2 years experience in the relevant industry or possessed relevant experience in team management - Good communication skill and fluency in English - Good planning and time management skills- Good interpersonal and customer service skills- Service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively as a team player- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
