ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and innovation projects within the wealth management and private banking space. You will be part of the Channels and Digital Services Team, driving the digital channels and innovation roadmap across Asia through Agile ways of working and strong stakeholder engagement across departments and geographies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assess project ideas for feasibility, cost-effectiveness and risks; develop project proposals with objectives, milestones, resources and budget Drive project proposals through demand governance; set up project management processes and report status to senior stakeholders Build and manage detailed project plans including work breakdown structures, resource allocation and risk registers Lead Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives; chair SIT/UAT checkpoint calls, BRD and Solution Walkthroughs Manage scope, time, budget, risks and issues at operational level; develop solution proposals for variances and reconcile with governance stakeholders Manage roll-out and go-live activities; oversee hand-over to Operations and drive acceptance and approval processes Represent IT Asia as IT Project Lead / Scrum Master in internal and external stakeholder forums Communicate project progress, risks and decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional teams; lead knowledge-sharing with RTB teams Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess regulatory considerations of digital solutions Define vision and strategy for digital solutions; manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to scaling, integrating user feedback into prioritisation PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum 10 years of IT experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, running Hybrid / Agile projects in banking or financial services Proven track record of delivering major projects on time, within budget and quality, in matrix team structures Experience managing project financials (forecast vs actual) and senior stakeholder committees (STCs) Domain expertise in Wealth Management or Private Banking; familiarity with online trading across asset classes and digital channels Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology; experience partnering with research, design, change and technology in a design thinking framework Experience with product discovery and delivery — identifying user needs, defining opportunities and demonstrating impactful delivery Good understanding of technology trends in banking; ability to assess regulatory considerations of digital solutions with legal and compliance teams PERSONAL SKILLS Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex matters and present confidently to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to prioritise and make trade-offs objectively under pressure Self-driven, highly motivated, able to work independently and as a team player across concurrent priorities High attention to detail and quality standards; pragmatic mindset with a strong execution focus Enthusiastic collaborator with a positive attitude; able to articulate ideas clearly through daily engagements and presentations WORKING AT MARVES We are a collaborative, high-performance team that values intellectual curiosity, excellence, and real impact, all this in an environment free from unnecessary pressure and office politics.
