Retail Store Supervisor Company: Masterpiece Collectibles Pte Ltd Location: Near Lavender MRT Station Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,700 per month Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Working Hours: 12:00pm – 6:00pm Job Responsibilities Attend to walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner Answer customer enquiries and provide product information Handle cashiering duties and process customer payments Maintain store cleanliness and perform general housekeeping Assist with stock replenishment and product display Check, arrange, and organize store inventory Support basic computer tasks such as keying invoices and updating stock records Assist with receiving and moving stock items Carry items weighing around 13kg to 15kg when required Perform other retail duties assigned by the company Job Requirements Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not compulsory Basic computer skills are required Able to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn Able to work from Tuesday to Sunday Able to carry items weighing around 13kg to 15kg when required Comfortable working in a retail store environment Staff Benefits Salary range: S$2,200 – S$2,600 per month Staff discount Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) 14 days annual leave Year-end bonus Convenient location near Lavender MRT Station About the Company Masterpiece Collectibles Pte Ltd is a retail store specializing in collectible models and related products.
