Technical Lead / Supervisor Level

岗位职责 | Responsibilities 负责实验室日常技术管理工作，确保检测及生产流程符合公司标准及相关法规要求。 Oversee daily laboratory technical operations and ensure testing and production processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. 负责培训实验室员工，提升团队技术能力及操作规范。 Provide technical training and guidance to laboratory staff to enhance skills and ensure proper work procedures. 监管生产流程，优化工艺，提高生产效率及产品质量。 Monitor production processes, optimize procedures, and improve productivity and product quality. 负责实验室安全管理，确保符合职业健康、安全及环保（HSE）要求。 Ensure laboratory safety management and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. 参与设备选型、采购、安装调试及日常维护管理。 Support equipment selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance management. 负责设备故障分析、维修协调及技术问题解决。 Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and resolve technical problems. 与中国团队进行技术沟通及项目协调。 Communicate and coordinate technical matters with China-based teams. 完成公司安排的其他相关工作。 Perform other duties assigned by management. 任职要求 | Requirements 具有金属冶炼、贵金属回收或相关行业项目经验。 Experience in metal smelting, precious metals recovery, or related industrial projects. 熟悉金属冶炼流程、实验室分析方法及生产工艺。 Strong knowledge of metal smelting processes, laboratory analysis methods, and production operations. 具有实验室管理、团队培训及生产监管经验。 Experience in laboratory management, team training, and production supervision. 熟悉工业设备采购、安装、维修及维护流程。 Familiar with industrial equipment procurement, installation, repair, and maintenance. 具备良好的安全意识及合规管理能力。 Strong awareness of safety requirements and regulatory compliance. 能使用中文及英文沟通，并能有效协调中国团队。 Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English and collaborate with China-based teams. 工作认真负责，具备良好的领导能力及问题解决能力。 Responsible, proactive, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
