About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Architect to join our dynamic team at MAWK ARCHITECTS LLP. As an Assistant Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative architectural projects in the Bugis Central Region. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the company's continued growth and success. What you'll be doing Assisting the principal architect in the conceptual design and development of architectural projects Producing detailed design drawings, sketches, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software Conducting site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project design Collaborating with the project team, including engineers and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects Preparing and presenting design proposals and solutions to clients Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry regulations Supporting the team in project management tasks, such as cost estimating and scheduling What we're looking for A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field 1-3 years of experience working as an Assistant Architect or in a similar role Proficiency in using CAD and BIM software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines Passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and inclusive work culture Employee health and wellness programs About us MAWK ARCHITECTS LLP is a well-established architectural firm with a reputation for excellence.
