Name of Authority: CHIJ Secondary (Toa Payoh) Contract Period: From 01/10/2026 to 30/09/2027 Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: • Mondays to Thursday: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break • Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Requirements: The Personnel should have the following skills and experience: - preferably with experience in a Singapore school’s environment - possession of relevant experience in logistic maintenance and inventory management will be an advantage. - Must have at least 1 year of relevant AV experience in school Job Scopes： 1. Usage Support Services Provide audio, visual, and media services for school-wide events and activities (e.g. assemblies, mass celebrations, art performances, and school-hosted events). Create and edit videos based on the school's needs. Conduct hands-on training for staff and classroom technology representatives (including Media/Infocomm Club CCA) on the setup of classroom technology, such as AV/IT equipment and Apple TV. Perform AV and media-related duties assigned by the School Principal, Vice-Principals, AM, or HOD/ICT. Assist with AV/IT setup for National Examinations. Assist the ICT Manager in troubleshooting students' and staff's PLD devices, including DMA-related issues. 2. Maintenance Services Perform scheduled maintenance and assess the usability of AVA equipment (audio, visual, video, and media) in classrooms and specialised rooms (e.g. General Office PA system, Assembly Area, Hall, and ISH sound systems). Liaise with school personnel (OM/HOD ICT) and external vendors on the installation, servicing, maintenance, procurement, and repair of AV/IT equipment. 3. Troubleshooting Services Provide technical support to staff when classroom equipment (e.g. projectors, visualizers, and Apple TV) is not functioning properly. 4. Administrative and Housekeeping Services Facilitate the loan of AV equipment to students and staff for official school activities. Maintain proper documentation for the loan and return of IT/AV equipment, ensuring the necessary authorisation is obtained. Regularly update the equipment loan book, maintenance and damage reports, machine logs, inventory tags, and equipment functionality records. Conduct routine inspections of fixed AV/IT equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms (e.g. visualizers and LCD projectors), including cleaning and functional checks.
