Responsibilities Perform hair cutting, coloring, perming, rebonding, and scalp analysis to meet customer needs Promote hair care services and products to customers to enhance their experience Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction Manage work efficiently under pressure to maintain service quality Maintain stamina to work long hours as required in a busy salon environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Possess more than 3 years of experience in the hairdressing trade
