Job Summary You will screen and assess candidates to match job and organizational needs, drive sales and marketing efforts to grow business, and build trusted client relationships using market research and industry knowledge. Responsibilities Screen, qualify, and assess candidates based on job descriptions and organizational and personality fit to identify high-potential talent Initiate and execute sales and marketing activities to develop business with existing and new clients Conduct research on industry trends and employment markets to provide clients with informed insights Build and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through consistent communication and market intelligence Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in manpower or headhunting to support candidate sourcing and client engagement Sales or client handling experience to effectively manage business development activities Strong communication skills to engage candidates and clients clearly and professionally Passion and motivation to build a career in recruitment and business development Other Information Work from home High commission structure in the industry, welcoming passionate individuals Open to candidates based overseas for remote work
