Job Summary As a Sales Operations Management Assistant at MB Global Marketing, you will optimize sales workflows, manage CRM systems, and support the sales team to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate and timely sales data to ensure data integrity Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to inform strategic sales decisions Assist in tracking leads, managing sales pipelines, and preparing sales forecasts to support revenue targets Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new sales hires to accelerate team readiness Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes Manage sales enablement tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth tool adoption Organize and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to support compliance and accessibility Preferred competencies and qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative roles Experience working in marketing or startup environments is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills demonstrated through managing multiple sales tasks efficiently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills applied in resolving operational challenges Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
