Automobile Service Advisor

Attend to customer enquiries and provide advice on necessary/suggested services Scheduling customer appointments and providing quotations Coordinate with technicians to facilitate daily work flow Manage required stock/inventory Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: Candidates must possess at least GCE 'O' Level or NTC2 Good command of English Relevant work experience will be an advantage Interest in cars and knowledge in repair works Possess initiative, responsible and willing to learn Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong coordination and communication skills Remuneration to commensurate with experience Class '3' driving license
