🌟Elderly Engagement & Cognitive Intervention Flexible Hours | Islandwide Home Visits | $29++ Per Hour Our client is seeking qualified Enrolled Nurses and Staff Nurses to join their Engagement and Cognitive Intervention Home Programme , supporting elderly clients through meaningful 1-to-1 interaction and personalised cognitive activities in the comfort of their own homes. This is an opportunity for nurses who enjoy working with seniors and would like to make a meaningful difference beyond traditional clinical care, helping clients stay socially connected, mentally engaged and as independent as possible. Working Location: Islandwide available position Working Hours: Flexible Working Hours Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled 1-to-1 home visits with elderly clients, typically 1–2 hours per visit, a few times per week. Provide social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being and reduce social isolation. Conduct cognitive stimulation activities such as memory games, conversation, reading, puzzles, music, simple exercises and reminiscence activities. Engage clients in meaningful daily activities based on their interests, abilities and cognitive level. Observe and monitor clients' mood, behavior, cognitive function and general well-being during each visit. Identify and report any changes in the client's physical, emotional or cognitive condition to the relevant care team or family members. Encourage clients to maintain independence and participation in daily activities where appropriate. Provide basic health monitoring, where required, such as vital signs and general health observations. Maintain accurate records of home visits, activities conducted, observations and client progress. Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and relevant nursing/home-care protocols. Requirements Registered with Singapore Nursing Board. On job training will be available to understand company’s cognitive intervention approach and the clients’ needs.
