Drive lead generation and client acquisition through cold calling, strategic account penetration, presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Manage client relationships by understanding hiring needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Track and report business development activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress within the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align on client requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates. Requirements Open to candidates with interest in sales and business development; training will be provided for those without prior experience.
