Develop creative interior design concepts, including material, colour, lighting, and fixture selection. Manage retail fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout the project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve site issues. Prepare renovation submissions, project documentation, purchase orders, and ensure compliance with local regulations and landlord requirements.
